Ingredients:
- Digestive biscuits - 1 large pack
- Chocolate - 2 large bars
- Sandwich bags
- Rolling pin
- Bowl
- Greaseproof paper
Section the digestive biscuits into 4s or 6s and place them in the bags, using the rolling pins bash them into crumbs. Then melt then chocolate either in the microwave (doesn't take very long; stir every 30 seconds) or on the hob over a saucepan of boiling water. Once melted add the biscuits and keep stirring until all mixed in. Pour out onto the greaseproof paper and spread out to roughly 1cm thick, refrigerate to set quicker. Once hard it can be cut up into little squares.
For an alternative you can add mini marshmallows to the melted chocolate as well as biscuit crumbs.
